Unfortunately, any digital products purchased at Conformify cannot be returned.
If you experience any technical issues while trying to download and view a digital product, such as any of our templates, please contact us at: [email protected]. We will endeavor to help you to ensure that you get access to the product you have purchased. If a solution to an ongoing technical problem is not possible, we will provide a refund.
